Refund Policy

Heartbeat Lyfe is so sure that you will love our products, that we offer a 100% money back guarantee for 30 days. This isn’t your typical money back guarantee, because it’s truly a no questions asked guarantee.

No questions asked, means no questions asked.

If you want to return your product within 30 days we will take it back. The following are acceptable reasons for a return:

  • You don't like the taste
  • You don't like the quality of the product for any reason
  • You buy it as a gift for your boyfriend/girlfriend, but he/she breaks up with you
  • You consumed the whole product and don’t need it anymore
  • Your dog licks out half of the jar
  • You drop the product on the floor and it shatters, spills, breaks or magically disappears
  • Zombies wiped their brains on it

Returns

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to return to the original source of payment. The amount refunded, will be the amount of your order, less any shipping fees.

Please note: because we offer Free Exchanges & 30-day returns, regardless if you've opened or even consumed the product in full, the shipping fee is not refunded as part of the return.

If during the time of your refund, you've replaced or lost your card - do not worry, the returned funds will automatically transfer over to your newly issued card.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
